Listing Flow Redesign for Internal Users
We redesigned the internal listing flow in Loft Mexico’s WebApp, improving the interface, components, and performance.
Streamline the publication process while maintaining visual consistency with the brand.
Loft México (formerly TrueHome) is a proptech company focused on simplifying real estate processes for buyers and sellers.
One of the most frequent internal flows was the publication of property listings by internal teams.
The existing experience made it difficult to understand publication states and often caused errors or delays when uploading files.
Teams involved: Product, Engineering, Sales, Onboarding, Support, Marketing.
Goal
Redesign the interface and components of the listing flow to:
-
Improve clarity for both new and edited publications.
-
Integrate new components into the design system.
-
Reduce errors and improve loading speed.
-
Fully redesigned the UI of the listing flow.
-
Developed wireframes for various publication states (new vs edited).
-
Created new components: buttons, text fields, pop-ups, and more.
-
Integrated all components into the design system for consistent and scalable use.
